Ingredients
1 ekor ayam
(dipotong kecil2)
5 bili bawang merah
2 ulas bawang putih
4sudu ketumbar di tumbuk halus
1 sudu jintan halus(manis)
1/2 sudu jintan kasar(putih)
sedikit kunyit serbuk
1/2 inci halia
4 batang serai
asam keping
minyak masak( tumis)
garam
gula
way to make it;
1. potong ayam kecil2, ikut suka.
2. ketumbar, jintan halus, jintan kasar, dan halia ditumbuk halus( diblender)
3. masukkan bawang merah dan bawang putih. tumbuk sekali
4.tumis bahan2 tadi hingga naik wangi. kemudian masukkan serai yang telah di titik (dipukul).
5. masukkan ayam. masukkan juga garam dan bairkan sehingga ayam tadi lembut sedikit.
6 masukkan asam keping dan gula secukup rase.
masakan ini bagus untuk anak kecil dan juga ibu2 yang dalam pantang.
