3 ulas bawang merah - dihiris
3 ulas bawang putih dihiris
1 batang serai - dititik
sedikit jintan manis,kulit kayu manis dan bunga lawang
garam dan perasa secukupnya
asam jawa di bancuh dengan sedikit air
kicap pekat
caranya:
1. Ayam digoreng dan angkat
2. Tumiskan bawang merah,bawang putih dan serai hingga wangi.
3. Masukkan pula jintan, kulit kayu manis dan bunga lawang.
4. Masukkan kicap dan air asam jawa, biar seketika.
5. Apabila telah mendidih masukkan ayam yang telah digoreng tadi.
6. Tambahkah garam dan serbuk perasa.
